The 7.0. 8712 version fixes the following issues:

• When the road options license was missing or expired, the save of a flowchart which included a districting could sometimes be corrupted
• When the “Rebalancing by exchanges” option was toggled in the heuristic districting with a single starting point, no result was given
• When a user’s session expired after the generation of an even more optimal genetic districting, the new configuration was not saved automatically
• No error message was displayed when opening a flowchart containing a .csv file to which the user did not have reading rights.
• The flowchart froze when the xml description of the WMTS tiled background was empty.
