Innovations in Articque’s product offer: an ambitious R&D program to reinforce Articque Platform – End of life of the Articque Map for Qlik® extension
2021 was a year of excellent results for location intelligence solutions publisher Articque: a 30% turnover increase, 80% of recurring revenues, a churn rate lower than 5%… All this, combined with a high customer satisfaction (with a NPS score of 53), shows a clear growth, which enables the company to finance an ambitious R&D program.
Until now, many business users were already using Articque Platform to quickly create location intelligence applications to carry out simulations and manage their activity, without writing a single line of code. Integrators could also use Articque Platform’s APIs to create major projects based on this innovative technology.
The innovations related to Articque’s R&D will reinforce the power of this location intelligence solution even more. In fact, the addition of a new ETL/geo-dataprep component to Articque Platform is expected by the end of 2021. This component will improve the management of large data sources, their connection to multiple sources, and their automated treatment.
With Articque Platform’s success, Articque can now offer fully-fledged decision-making solutions, which go much further than an extension, as effective as it may be.
Qlik®’s choices to create its own mapping solution made the complementarity with Articque’s technology partner, turned competitor, complicated. This is why Articque naturally announces the end of life of the product Articque MAP for QlikView®/Qlik Sense®.
The stages of the end of life of Articque MAP for QlikView® / Qlik Sense® :
• Articque will discontinue new Articque MAP for QlikView®/Qlik Sense® subscriptions starting August 31, 2021.
• The renewal of existing contracts will be possible until August 31, 2022.
• Maintenance (Qlik® compatibility and minor patches) will be discontinued on December 31, 2021.
• Technical support (assistance and change of keys) will be discontinued on August 31, 2022. From this date on, the portal of the Articque MAP User Space (https://amqv.articque.com) will no longer be accessible.
Articque MAP customers will have the opportunity of benefitting from their extension for as long as they wish
From July 1st, 2021, Articque will no longer be issuing quotations for new subscriptions.
However, current Articque MAP customers have the possibility of renewing their subscription until the end of the support service, on August 31, 2022.
In this case, In order not to penalize the customers who shared in the Articque MAP adventure, and to keep acting as respectful and constructive partners towards them, Articque decided to deliver license keys with “unlimited” validity (December 31, 2099) during the last year. In this way, current customers who renew their subscription will be able to keep using their extension for as long as they wish.
They also have the possibility of not renewing their subscription, in which case their license will expire at the end of their current subscription.
Articque MAP customers will also benefit from preferential terms for subscribing to Articque Platform: Articque’s team will be happy to discuss the offer best suited to their needs.
