The access button to the online help was changed to make it more noticeable. It was also added to the upper right corner, next to the username.

Availability of the 2021 Administrative World Background map set (Carticque) 2021
The 2021 version of the administrative World background map set is now available in our solutions. (NB: for users whose subscription include it)

Addition of a warning message in the configuration of the constraints of a genetic districting
A warning message is displayed to inform users that road or time distance constraints cannot be applied to districts with no starting point.
